We thought about it remember the night you dropped off the s203 wing to be but my paint is more blueish in the light where yours was like a brownish. I still haven't painted your wing yet thats next year when i respray. I looked at my ASA rims and they are made by BBS so they are getting painted gold soon after i take care of the curb rash

BTW I heard people saying the td04s have major turbo lag but i haven't even noticed any lose of spool but pretty sure its coming. new turbo is in the works for next year

Dude I know what you mean, it always seems like theirs never enough money for more mods. Though I did just order some stuff for my WRX yesterday after a recent influx of funds from me selling my GSX. Nothing to crazy, just some nessesities ;). I will say though I'm not much of a wing guy but I like yours, very taste full and really compliments the car well. FYI - FMIC won't affect lag. Big turbos are laggy. With the volume of air that needs to be charged when you run a FMIC you might lose a little throttle response compared to a TMIC.

(If you need a catless up pipe, I've got a gutted 04 WRX one sitting around...)

153 in Farmington, but I am on rt 11 allot since its practically the only way in or out of town. As for the plugs I'm not sure on a Suby, they look like a ***** though. Maybe someone else will chime in?

Htey look easy with a flex plug remover but I don't have one plus my fmic pipes might be in the way not to sure tho. Reason I usually take my car to a shop for anything electrical or have a buddy disconnect the battery s that 4 years ago I found out I have a weak heart. Went to jump my ex wifes car she crossed the polarities on her side so when I connected I got a nice shock and woke up in a ambulance lol.

Yeah I can see your point, especially as high as the voltage is on the plugs. I lost part of a thumb due to a stupid accident with a running motor-cycle and now I'm pretty skittish when it come to running machinery.

That really sucks that people can't leave other people's stuff alone. Pisses me off. You could always get a two-way alarm system with a proximity sensor. It would go off if people got too close to your car (they don't even have to touch the car) and your remote would let you know if someone is around your car (as long as you're within range). The downside is that if you have it too sensitive you'll most likely have a lot of false alarms but hey, it's better to be safe than sorry.:shrug:

That's cool. Just make sure you get a two-way system, preferably one with SST (spread spcectrum technology = realisticly, about a quarter mile range)

@berge56 No injectors yesterday I waited by the mail box like a little kid around 12pm in hopes that they would be there lol. Monday! Very excited!

@batorr definetly window tints next year or maybe if I get a nice raise this year. I have black mesh foglight covers for the foglights, and on my vacation this year the intercooler is coming off and getting powdercoated black.

Not into the tails, and I prefer fmics to fill tge entire bumper opening.

Other than that I like it a lot, it certainly has potential.

Update on what Ive been up to on my bday weekend. Still working on it unfortunately hope to be done today. Helix 660cc injector install, Stromung DP and ERZ upipe, with and you can laugh Godspeed big 16g turbo port and polished with a bloush rebuild kit. My buddy back home is running a godspeed GTR turbo on this h22a build prelude at 24psi for 3 years now no issues, we shall see.

Yea it's taking shape, had to cut it short as I have work tomorrow and didn't think I was gonna have the issues I'm havin 4 hours of PB and torch and the up pipe bolts didnt break free the down pipe I had to cut the bolts off the car and that was a big mistake as I've spent Half my day drilling them out lol when it gets nicer ill take a week off I guess

Thank you for the bday wish, update is I couldn't get the up pipe off the bolts were on there very good, I didn't change the turbo or injectors as time restraints made it hard, I did the dp but most of the time was fixing a bent out of shape flange from Lous custom exhaust, so right now the small exhaust leak is not pretty big and they didnt use a gasket te used silicone. My turbo seals are pretty much shot I reinstalled the td04 and cranked the bolts down and re primed the system, started the car and watched coolant poor out of the bellmouth =(

Anyone wanna lend a hand doing the turbo injectors and the up-pipe? the downpipe to turbo bolts and turbo to uppipe bolts will come off with ease lol. I broke them all free in less that 20 minutes. Also if I cant salvage the bent flange from lous custom exhaust than im gonna need a new midpipe to connect from my stromung dp to my custom catback, anyone have one laying around?

HAHA so me and my buddy were assembling the lines on my new turbo making sure the up-pipe would mate to the new turbo with out issues having some drinks and my wife caught this two images and posted them on her face book, I think there pretty fun. Enjoy

Finally an update I got sick of these headlights taking up space in my room and finally decided to throw them on the car. I removed the plastic cover leading into the turn signal area and painted it a gloss black and reinstalled the cover and sealed it with clear silicone. Took apart all the crappy projectors and resealed all the crappy seals that they had which was causing moisture to get into the projector and pop my bulbs. I than took out the crappy halos that didn't even work and wired in 2 sets of red led rings. Gonna be putting in a second set of rings soon. Here's the pics some might not like it but I do. And No matter what everytime I re sized they wouldn't go down

Thanks Brian, i also did audio this weekend just have to work out the whining noise in my front speakers specially since it gets worse with rpm. Oh and I put in a forge bpv, the second set of led rings in my headlights I need to upload pics but I'm still waiting on subimods with my hide. Got my clutch installed this weekend thanks to Ballistic Motorsports, Was my first time taking my car to any shops here in NH and my experience was wonderful! I would like to personally thank Scotty and Alex again for doing an amazing job even when my car wasn't the easiest to work on. Oh and no more exhaust leak! I only snapped two pictures.

Dropped the car off at Ballistics yesterday around 3pm I get a call from scotty saying we ran into a issue that my stock coolant lines aren't bolting up to the blouch 16g...I called blouch before I made my appointment with Ballistics to verify they would fit they said yes, they were wrong =(. Tried to call blouch and overnight new ones but they close shop at 12pm on a freaking friday =/.

Heading out in a bit to cross the busy main drag to pick up a 4 day rental. Glad I was budgeted for a issue to come up and for once the wife being supportive and giving me extra money to make things work.

No boost for a week is gonna suck

Got a email from blouch this morning saying that they can't sell me the hardlines seperate even though I already have the gaskets oil drain new oil line so I would have to fork over 95 bucks plus like 63 more dollars for over night shipping if I go that route. Picked up my baby today finally! Big difference in the way the car drives right now was very happy. Don't notice any exhaust leaks and car sounds different and definetly feels better to drive. Afr bounces around like crazy when idle or.when I was in traffic but would.hold 14.5-14.8 driving on a base map. I am afraid to hit boost tho. Scotty ballistic calls my car the car from hell can a mod change my journal title to that Haha. Amazing work again ballistics.

@apkarian100 working on making an appointment with my tuner when he comes back from his vacation, he supplied me with a base map that I had ballistics flash to the ECU so I should be fine for a few weeks. My funds are pretty exhausted between labor and the rental car I had to pick up. Now its the beginning of the month need to pay off my CC and my student loans

Anyways very conservative for a 134k mile motor I made 270whp and 257lbs torque at 18psi on 93 octane.

Tuner said 270whp but graph shows 267 motor was hot on last pull

I have a degenerative cornea disease, so among other things, I'm ultra sensetive to light. I've thought about getting a dr note. I don't care for darker than 30% tint tho.

I know I want the tint...I am also in debate about deleting the hood scoop or getting a bigger one any input? Next ill be taking care of some rust finish my interior and brakes

Thanks yaya found the whole setup I think I'm gonna order it after I replace my head unit and pay off my credit cards having no radio sucks.

Anyways noticed every night were its cold my clutch will slip in 3rd when I hit full boost. Warm weather no slippage at all just sucks the clutch has less than 8k miles on it

I've owned a few cars with 35% or less all the way around.. Trust me at night you don't want this. I'm not sure why there aren't more accidents due to this, what you can distinguish outside the windows drops dramatically. Plus you will be grouped in with those "other guys" that tint all their windows like thugs, drug dealers, wannabe white boy gangsters and kidnappers... Who wants that?

Not to mention most of the time you get pulled over in a city the cop is going to bullhorn you to open your window and step out rather than risk being shot because he can't see into your car.

Yea it is illegal. I even got pulled over twice for having those tinted license plate covers even though they were a very very light tint. So I swapped them for the clear cover and still got pulled over and was told nothing could be covering the plate even though there was no tint.

Just tinting the back windows on the WRX will look good too, the only time I don't think it looks good is when you don't tint the front windows on a coupe.

I spent a lot of money on GT Styling headlight/tail light covers for my TSI and never had an issue.. My friend tinted his tail lights and got a ticket the same day, I would guess it all depends on the officer. Until inspection time rolls around and then it depends on the inspector.

I never could keep the GT Styling covers on my car, at turnpike speeds (80+ mph) they would lift up and float into the air then smash into the ground into a thousand pieces. However R&D Speed would return the kit and order a new one for me.. After 3 times thou, he said my car was to fast to use them and wouldn't do a reorder.

Thinking I might have a leaking injector on my driver side was getting a fuel smell on my driver side small smell of fuel if I have the hood closed and smell near the crack Idk :(

not always a good thing. if someone decides to question your inspection and it would technically fail, they can always go back to the inspector. BUT, there are always ways to get around everything. ie. mods or broken things happened after inspection.

but damn, id love to have a friend like that! :spin:

I've passed for tires brakes out lights missing cats(no cel because of force ready mod) big puck in my front class mileage on my speedo doesn't match my car record with them its great lol

my cars millage was off by like 40k and i was never questioned on itt, but at the time, i had no idea...i didnt find out til after the accident. but i beat the system with no cats and just an 02 spacer. even though the CEL is on for it now. came on like 15min after i left. :lol:

I def knew I took my car in for inspection at 83k 98k then 104k than I go in with 90k all if a sudden he was like dude wtf lol....I have one factory cat left on the whole car they are tuned out. Plus if I get a cel its just the process of pulling the positive off and cycling the key a couple times to put ecu into ready mode for the obdii scan

today it was extremely cold started the car up it ran like ****, proceeded to take my daughter to day care, as the car got warmer it stopped running like crap, sounded like I had a small backfires on shifts till warm. Smelled a huge smell of gas from my driver side again, so when I got the car home I popped the hood and looked at it. The second injector back on the driver side is soaked in gas, guess I have to get it back into the garage again. Sucks 1 week before my bday vacation.

That really sucks..... Did you buy new injector seals before you installed them? Also did you use lube when you installed them? They are very easy to tear without lube.

I had them professionally installed, labor is under warranty ill be taking the car in some time this week

things happen so I am not as mad about it as I was this morning.

It was getting rough at idle specially when I would first start it till warm, then the smell would get me, my 3 year old noticed it before me guess I got used to it. I just gotta find the time to bring it in with work and crap going on. Luckly its only one injector.

And done took it in this morning and was fixed, now to start saving for a stronger clutch my competition clutch stg 2 is starting to slip with about 8k on it

I ran my stock 5 speed clutch with 280whp and 107k on it with no signs of slipping. :)

It's sad my stockers couldn't hold 15psi with out slipping it did have 105k on it and I don't know how the previous owner treated it. This clutch is slipping at 270whp :'(
