But yeah JDM STi RAs run 4.44 final drives. I almost went with a V6 RA trans in my Impreza but I like beingable to afford gas and the 05' USDM 6mt with 3.9 is just fine with me and stronger than the old RAs. If I had a track only car i'd think about a V7-9 RA 6mt but that a lot of money when I could just upgrade the USDM STi 6mt gears.

A lot of SVX guy that do stay auto swap to 4.44 final drives though. Ussually from Outbacks.
