I had Hella's on my outback and while they were loud, I wasn't really a fan, price wise or tone.

Decided to try something different on the WRX and picked up some:

http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/21GDWHGR95L._SL500_AA225_.jpg

These things are friggen loud, 130dB vs 118dB (approximate).

Sounds like an american made truck or SUV horn but louder.

I recommend these to anyone that doesn't like Supertones or can't justify $60.00 for a horn set. (these are $20.00)

I have had them on my car since the beginning of November with no issues as of yet.

Hey, that's pretty cool. I was thinking Hella's, but wanted something not as noticeable, how hard were they to install?

As easy as any horn install. Just wire up the relay and the horns. It doesn't take much time at all. I think I had the old ones out and the new ones in, everything buttoned back up in 30 minutes.

It's going to be hard for me to take photos of it since it's behind my bumper (I mounted them by the DRL resistor.)

I'll get a sound clip though.
