Fibrous fetish

Anyone have experience wrapping parts in carbon fiber/kevlar? I've got a couple projects I want to try out but don't want to screw it up lol

Are you interested in real carbon fiber or do you like the 3M carbon vinyl wrap?

Prefer real but I'm open to ideas. Does the 3m stuff look as good?
