I've seen a few STI's running low 13's this year. Unfortunately I don't know who owns them :(

I usually go up every Friday, but haven't been the past 3 weeks for various reasons.

did a few practice launches in a empty parking lot and blew my throttle body hose. I had the red sti one too. I put the black stock back on. Iam going to synaptic tomorow to buy a samco one.
