Hello. Im about to lower 98 legacy outback with a set of KYB G2's for the stock legacy, and put a set of lowering springs in as well. I know stock wheel size from outback will be a problem with rubing, I want to put a set of 05 legacy gt rims on my car but what is the best tire size to run with 17" wheel thats not gunna throw my speedo off and not rub. Or does anybody know if i can get the speedo corrected for new tire size? Please help b4 i spend money on tires and they rub or speedo and odometer way off.

BTW Why do you think your stock wheels and tires would rub with this suspicion set up?

Cause stock tire size is 70 series, its like a monster truck.

I wouldn't worry. I've contemplated lowering my father's Outback when he isn't looking. He actually run's over sized sidewall on his from stock. I'm thinking he was putting the whole reduced rotations per mile idea.

Cool, and if the stocks rub i can always change size.
