Have to chat about that.. We'll be on our way back from the NYC show and I don't think I'll be back in NH before the Boston show.

Le bumpage for you non-techno heads. :)

Ticket still available for Boston. I highly recommend that you go. Going to be a smashing night of some of the world's best oontz music.

Holy.. Hell.
Totally amazing.

Friday night [outdoors] in NYC was quite nice. Cool & cloudy. Looked like rain but never did. James Holden's DJ set was a drag. Underworld absolutely blew up the place, played a lot of "hits" and a few great new tracks.

Here's a vid of Dark & Long from the Central Park show:

Boston started quiet Saturday night. We were the only four in the front open floor for Dave Ralph. Digweed spun right in front of us, but the room was sparse & he looked like he'd rather be at the Waffle House. But the place filled up for Underworld, and we watched the whole show leaning on the crowd barrier at front center stage. Set list was very different. A big night of "Rick Smith" tunes - more new stuff with some classics in there. They played 10 feet away, Karl dancing right there. He came down and slapped our hands rockstar style near the end. I'm never washing again. To say it was the show of the century is an understatment.

Interestingly, Darren Price played with them for both shows. Underworld had been a duo since Emerson left in 2000.

Now we're warming up for Justice on Montreal on Friday 10/19. w00t!
