I just bought a Rebel xti 400 D today.
last week I ordered Smith phenom goggles and smith anthem goggles, smith variant helmut, burton ruler boots and a 160ish nitro snowboard.
But horray for prodeal forms!~ok~
I hope that fixes my buying itch for amonth.

I too have a Rebel XTi. Wonderful camera. Unfortunately the kit lens that comes with it (18-55mm) let's the body down a bit. To extract the full potential, you'd be wise to drop a few more coins on a proper lens. But overall, I love it way better than the Nikon I tried.

some one just told me that if you fly into vegas from manch its cheaper and vegas is a realtivly short drive, considering. from herer.

Yea it would be. Doubt I'll be able to go though. Flight tickets are in the $400-$500 range and I might need to be saving money like that for Vegas in March with the girlfriend.

if you can find off-peak times (easier to do longer in advance) it's about 200-250 round trip. if you book now its 300. not sure about once we get close to jan.

I did that. but if you get caught in a storm in wyoming or nebraska when they have to close the highway from all the snow it becomes a ****ty travel.
But I had fun with out the snow. Took me 30 somethin hours.
Empty dirt farm roads:) woot woot.

Bu11dogg2 tells the truth. I sold all my belongings, moved to backcountry of Alaska and used my modest lottery winnings to build my dream house pictured below. It doesn't have running water, and electricity comes when I hop on the stationary bike, but it's everything a man needs in life. Somehow I have 3g internet service which I think is pretty neato (riding the bike to power the laptop while using the laptop is a skill I believe every man should have!)

It was cheaper for us to drive down to NY and fly out from there then fly to Vegas from Portland/Bos/Manch when we went in '09.

Pretty sad.

That camera is good luck you know. I had it stolen from my old rabbit when I lived in portsmouth. It was found in Miami and I got it back at the end of last summer, after it had been missing for a year.
