A good chunk of the manufacturers of the turbback could provide you with a working gasket. Worst case you can use a liquid one of a home made one from gasjet sheet. Just need a razor blade.

the 3 inch, 2 bolt gasket from a Nissan Titan works perfectly.

I would call first. I know we don't stock them in Somersworth and they have about an equally large inventory.

Go to sanels, they have a universal exhasut gasket. Its pretty much a 12x12 square. You cut it to the shape you need. think its like $25 a sheet.

I got one about 1 year ago when i installed my header. Get a good pair of cutters too, tin snips or something.

I picked up one at the nissan dealer. its like 2 5/8" but there is a lip you can cut and its 3". they seem like pretty nice gaskets though.

I checked it out today. The gasket you want is a 20692-24U00 Fits a Maxima.

And it is cheaper than the 20692-65J00 which is what you bought silverwrx666.

Kevin

so the one for the maxima is 3" id?

As close to 3" as you can get pretty much. I measured with a tape measure and it was close.

i got a gasket from chris and went to an autoparts place and bought a sheet of gasket maker to make a few more. used my nibblers to cut it and looks legit.

Too much work lol. That is why I have just the regular 2.5" pipes.

2.5 is large enough to support 400 crank before it becomes over restrictive anyway.

it cant be that hard just to make the gasket out of a sheet of gasket material?

it really isnt hard t make the gaskets, i made them for smll motors before, tractors and such. Just place the pipe flange on the gasket trace with marker, cut the line you drew, then cut the inside slowly starting from the inside of each pipe. Use a pair of Dikes or Tin snips. Either will do, i actually have 2 pieces of gasket left from my header, they are both around 3"x2"

Awesome! People told me to go and get it at subaru but when i went there the guy didnt seem to know what he was talking about. He kept throwing different diagrams of gaskets at me and i just kept telling him i need the one from the turbo to dp on an 07 wrx. Ill head down there today..... along with my dp and get it. Is it just a stock gasket? Same size will fit Cobb?
