most of the pics are with the original L 2.2 struts and springs with the RS struts and springs that are in now it looks a lot better but still not low enough unless i going to rally it....mhmmm tempting

lol yeah the wheels have grown on me....wasnt my choice they were given to me a while ago as a grad gift. kinda wanted to sell them and get better ones.....now i just want to get a set of stock wrx wheels for auto-x

Why stock ones? Arent those lighter than stockers? I use my heavy ones in the winter, and the light weds in the summer for autoxing. Are you gonna race this year? Not sure if you saw, but a few of us do , and I live about 13 minutes from NHIS.

i really want to this year not for points or anything jsut to get into it and have fun and improving driving skills...and i think these wheels are heavier than stock wrx wheels... there 17" enkei RSV wheels and ussually enkei wheels are sorta heavy

i almost already got teh tint done but i want to go 35% on the fronts and 20% on the rears but its illigeal i dont want to just tint the rears......but as it is 4 of my buddys just got tint tickets in the past month

i got 35 on the rears, but couldnt manage to do the rear window with out making it look like ass. So i have 2 tinted windows. :)

do u like just the rears? i thought about just sucking it up and dealing with it....also ive herd its easier to cut on the outside of the car just a tad smaller than the glass because the inside is a little smaller as u can c by looking at it. and then final triming on the inside while u put it on

well, legally you cant tint the fronts, which is why i didnt. As for the rear, i tried cutting it down a little, but doing the rear by yourself or with my brother, also known as useless. its still by myself and theres always hair or sand that gets picked up in the carpet on the decklind, so when you squeege it, the sand rips and looks like ****. I gave up after the 5 th attempt.

If you don't know where to buy it you probably shouldn't be intalling it :spin:


Shop around for a place that will do it for you. It will look much better.

no i kno where places have it i have done it on past cars and came out mint i was just asking if thats wat he did cuz thats exactly wat i did. the first time there was a lot of wasted pices trying to get no grit between them just like robk0000 had which is also y i have not done it to my car and if i was i prolly would pay someone to do it... i dont want to deal with the several trys and hours of work just for tint

i know a few people with 35% on the rears and 50% on the fronts, its enought difference to look nice, yet, most people dont get caught for it. I however, only did the rears as well, at 35%. I think it looks good, A LOT better than it did with no tints.
