Many of you know that Vlad is my roommate currently. After discussion with him tonight it appears he'll be moving out at the end of March. I know he wasn't here long, but he's not leaving the apartment for anything negative. In respect for his privacy all I'll say is that he's moving due to some recent oppurtunities. If he wishes he can share what his plans are but I'll leave that up to him. Just understand that he is not leaving because it's:
1. A bad apartment
2. I'm a bad roommate
3. It's too expensive or anything else financial
What this brings me to is a need to fill the other room in my apartment. Currently Vlad is planning to move out at the end of March, which would allow someone to move in for April 1st. Vlad has mentioned that he is flexible and can move out any time in March, so if someone wanted to move in earlier they could.
I'm not going to type out a description of the apartment here, nor what the rent costs are (it's cheap, plenty of people here will vouch for that). It's easier for you to contact me if you're interested. You can PM here, or if you have my e-mail, AIM or cell number you can try me on one of those. I check all of them daily.

Many people here can speak on my behalf that it is a very nice apartment, very cost effective and in a great location with awesome neighbors and a good landlord. If you know you need a place and you're not sure about moving in with me or to this apartment then still contact me. You won't regret it.
