Well I think my stock BPV is done for and I need a new one. I don't think the stocker was beefy enough for the 18.5 psi my 16g is throughing at it. So what are you guys running and how do you like what you have? I'm kind of torn between a 50/50 hybrid or a 100% bpv. Let me know what you think
Thanks!

personally if you're not running a rediculous setup the 100% return is your best bet. its going to help keep the turbo spooled and decrease the chances of running lean. also, if you like the sound of a bov, you could think about getting a k&n intake. i have one for my wrx and i love the sound i get from it.

I don't care too much about the sound. I already have a custome made panel filter bracket so I can hear the BPV. I just want to know if anybody has specific brands that they like or don't like for what ever reasons.

GFB is a popular brand.
Are you self tuning? 18.5 is on the high side for a stock intercooler and 16g

no it's protuned by TDC. I have a huge tmic and all other supporting mods. I've been looking at the GFB stuff. They look good, I just wanted someone with frist hand experience with one or any other brand to chime in if any one has something besides stock. Thanks for the responses!

A bov is based off sound really....
Unless you are putting out rediculous amounts of boosts (non of us are) the GFB is fine.

Thats kind of what i though. I'll be buying one this week so I'll let you guys know how it is after I install it. The stock one leaks bad, I can't wait to replace it!:D

get a gfb stealth bov. Best made bov I have seen. It's nice because you can adjust how much recirc or venting you want by just twisting the body. If you buy it from www.subaruwrxparts.com you can then just pick it up from them at exeter subaru in stratham. fyi buying online then picking it up is cheaper than walking in there and buying it.

+1 on the GFB. Probably the only BOV I would ever leave on my car all the time. 100% atmo's makes it studder between shifts. And all three I have at 100% atmo.

Thanks for the responses! The GFB stuff looks like the best out there. I just bought a FMIC :D and I'm going to wait until i get it on to swap out the BPV.

Same here. I just need to buy injectors and I will have all the parts I need to do it. Oh and some misc gaskets.

look into a forge or a hks with recirc kit
my stocker was holding that much boost just fine. You sure it's the bpv and not a boost leak or something.
