We can fit 16 people at one of the teppanyaki table. It's pricy to get the meals, but it's a good show none the less.

I'd like fill either one or two of the grills entirely. It's 8 people per side, so that would be a total of 16.

If you're interested in going, then let me know. I'll pick a date a couple of weeks out, so everyone will have time to make plans. This place is very popular so we will need reservations and people commited to actually going.

The best way to go about this is to just pick a date far enough away that will give people time to reply and say yes or no. Then when it comes time to make a reservation you'll have your number of people attending planned out.
