Please keep conversations as on topic as possible, please only post if you are coming, or need to make a correction. Things obviously happen and if you need to back out of a meet that is absolutely fine. Please don't post that you can't make it unless you already posted that you would.
Locations are generally picked by the person who makes the original meet thread. Using the democratic poll option apparently does not work when discussing meet threads, so they will no longer be used.
A meet can be started by anyone, but please do not make multiple meet threads (different locations) for the same night.
Active meet threads will be marked as a sticky and will appear at the top of the other threads
The Meet thread should be updated by the original poster or a mod to reflect changes that have taken place.
All meet threads should contain, the address, time and a roster. If reservations need to be made, it is up to the original poster to make them. If he or she is unable to do so please contact some one that will.
