I was wondering what you guys have come across over the years for the best example of a purpose built car. Here's a few examples of what I'm talking about... Time attack, hill climb, rally, or even auto-X cars.

Not talkin about garage queens here!

I'll get a pic up in a sec but my best example would be the GST time attack GC :wub:

Ok, because I know the thread title says Subaru set ups. But I have always been fond of the Pike's Peak Suzuki Escudo.

first sube to come to mind was this one.
this cars back wheel wiggled on a dyno dialing in the microns..no forgiveness whatsoever.

that car was cool.

clash productions also faded away..

purpose built, as of now I am thing of mcBrats subaru brat, live axles, still driven by ea81. That is someone who knows where strong is strong in the old subes..

real offroad doesn't need bimmer rear end and straw sized axles turning mudders. That build is smart.
I don't know if I can steal a pic, but it is at the top 3 in the topscoob24 votes right now at nasioc.
