You can buy bottles of compressed air at computer stores and if you use the bottle upside down it shoots out something that will freeze anything it touches. I dont know if this helps in any way since you didnt specify what you needed it for.

The co2 can trick I mentioned is enough to give you a nasty frostbite burn, but I don't think its the -200 degrees needed to cryogenicly treat anything.

Take a paintball Co2 tank, they are relatively cheap to refil and they are easy to plumb with, as far as tubing and solenoids openign valves n ****.
