I still have yet to find a place to spin around on a lake, even a pond...

Alex: What is usually safe, but something you will never, ever do?
Me: Drive a car on ice

Id agree, this winter we were beaten to death with snow but we didnt have the type of temperature that Id feel comfortable driving on a lake with. not that I WANT it to be 10 degrees for a month straight, but that would be my ideal.. even still, Id love to do it, but it would scare the poops out of me driving onto/off the ice..

My parking spot is a small frozen pond...

must be a place out there somewhere.
new floor beams in.. I'd swear for the first time, the diffs alternated slightly..instead of full locked on crazy sube. 3 minutes on ice, slow speed...I could figure it out. although, ice and snow is a world different..if pressure is needed to lock a diff..what happens when there is no grip pressure?

I suppose it would have to loosen. Never really found out on ice..I may try a relatives driveway, that is still ice..just no room for circle.

4lo is still a little tank, unstudded, sun glaring bald ice...going straight anyway.

I have about 20 inches of ice in front of my place, and have already taken my BRAT out, along with the numerous others that have been driving on it. The conditions are great for it in front of my place right now!!
