subaru build specs

this seemed to be the right section, not sure..

as this is a dealer oriented place, is there any way of digging up some older facts, pre-ej. I found a subaru related site hoarding a high price stash of old subaru parts, one could buy all the pieces and build one in their garage.

what is not there is high compression engines, carbed, spider intakes, or wishbone for that matter.

I am curious as to total number of models of each build.
I did find cars101 had some stuff.. 1.2 million of the ea82 in the united states.. which is not many really.

I found 1985-87 as the ea series, sold more than the following decade you guys chase after. I find it beyond bewildering how the greatest most popular, strongest cheapest thing subaru built goes missing with false opinions/facts.

I gave up on unique parts, only by chance finding them..

I am after statistics. the carb and fuel injected, single, multi, turbo, and even carbed supercharged, ea81 and ea82 all overlapped in sales for a couple of years...

as mislabeled as my 87 gl fuse box with a perfect function....

I may never know.
I thought dealers could go back with administration and dig up stuff, but does not seem possible, have been trying randomly for about 5 years.
