2 weeks ago i was driving down interstate 93S after a night out and a buddy of mine told me my front drivers side headlight was out, I thought how on earth am i going to get this fixed and be down in mass where i work? I came in to belknap Subaru after my own dealership where i bought the car " Concord Nissan, told me all they would do was to take it over to Ed Riley's since it was under warantee, That didn't thrill me and really made me upset that they couldn't even look at the car to tell me if it was indeed the light bulb or the housing the service manager told me well i'm not going to tie up one of my tech's to diagnose a problem that's under warantee, I said thank you and walked out. I then quickly called up Belknap Subaru and was able to get right in and had my car diagnosed with a crack in the headlight housing causing the short in the electrical wiring/bulb.
I was heading out of town on the 21st and the mechanic was able to swap my headlight out in 1hr 25min doing all the electrical work for the OEM HIDs, i was back on the road and able to catch my flight from Manchester at 6:05pm. BIG THANK YOU. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future. I highly reccomend this shop for all subaru needs.
