Recentlly I've been in the market for a new handgun so I contacted Justin for his expertise. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ultimately helped me make the difficult decission to either get a 9mm or .45 I decided on the Springfield XD(m)45. Justin ordered the handgun and it came in in two days! My overall experience was fantastic. Picking up the gun only took about ten minutes to run my information, which Justin's dad did for me (really nice guy by the way). Makes me never want to go back to KTP for another gun, ever. I'll be going back to Justin when it comes time for Jess to get a shotgun. That should be fun.

The price of the gun was wayyyyy cheaper than KTP or Cabela's but then there was shipping and ME state tax which brought it up a bit, but still cheaper than both retailers. All said-n-done, I paid $605.00. I'm very pleased with the gun and I can't wait to take it out and fire off a few rounds.

Back in ROTC I could disassemble/reassemble my M-16 in 1:42. I no that's nothing compared to other people, but I'd say it ain't bad for a 'navy yard enginerd'...

45's are the perfect size for a handgun. I have a Bersa .45 myself I picked up for $350.

Bump for Justin!
I got my first gun through Justin this week and I had the same great experience. Justin quoted me a bunch of different guns and helped deal with some noob questions. I ended up getting the Springfield XDm in 9mm for over $200 off what I could buy it for at Cabela's or KTP. The exact model I wanted was in their hands (and mine) in only 2 days, met John for the transfer, which only took about 15 minutes, and was on my way.
I will definitely refer friends and hopefully do some return business myself.
Now I need to get out and see how she shoots. :berge:

Hey Webster,
Would I need a gun license to buy from you? Or is it like KTP, where all you need is a driver's license and half your full set of teeth...
jwebsta32

All you need is your drivers license in Maine. I will be way cheaper than the trading post also.

K. I don't think I'd be able to afford anything right now, but I am looking into getting some sort of .45 cal pistol. I personally like the S&W 1911, but if there's any other you recommend more, please, by all means, knowledge me (both on prices and quality).

Brought home another one... Shiny (well not really, it's a Glock ) new Glock 36. Once again easy and painless. Contact Justin, get cheapest price around, arrange time for transfer once the gun arrives, in and out in minutes. I had already ordered some Pearce +0 mag plates to get the pinky rest. Here it is with comparison pics to my Sig p226 and P220.

So, for us NH people...how does this work? Does Maine have reciprocity with NH for gun laws? No license in either state, right? I've had the itch to get something new lately. I love my XDm 40, but there's always room for something new.

If you want a long gun you can buy it direct from me, with the added Maine sales tax. If you want a hand gun, you can also buy it from me, but it has to be shipped to a NH dealer.
