Well, got my car back form the bodyshop yesterday. Wooo hooo, she looks brand new. I gotta throw out a plug for Crotty& Son Auto body in Charlestown RI. He repaired the RR quarter and rear bumper, blended the quarter. It looks amazing. I never thought someone could blend the flake on a Garnet red LGT. The recon'd the whole car, mirror glazed the whole thing.....amazing job.

So it's time for my journal I quess. Bought this car new off the show room and it has been quite the car for me. Going to post up some pictures tomorrow and start from where I had to rebuild my motor due to a cracked piston.

Currently the car looks stock, (which I like) except for the bigggggg front mount.:D

Mod list;

Woosner 4032 forged pistons, std bore. 8.5-1 comp ratio
Stock crankshaft and rods
Subaru Rings and bearings

X02 FMIC, heat wrapped

Future plans are;

More to come.

Like three+ years ago when I purchased the turbo.:lol: I've added stuff since then (FMIC, pump, ECBS) so I need to get "Bren tuned" as soon as I recheck my valve clearances. I have 10,000 miles on the new motor and she is not using a drop of oil, Amen! I think I have a tight valve or two and I want to pop the valve covers to recheck them before I start pushing this set up.

Mike or Jon tuned?

Both are talented tuners but 3 years + new mods is dangerous. I'd bren tune it sooner than later.

I'm sure he will echo my post.

Never knew your car had this many mods! Glad you finally started a journal, so we have at least one from R.I. :lol:

Milestone today!!!!!

I hit 100,000 miles on the way to work. This is the first car I ever bought new and kept this long.

I got to get this journal going. Currently I have DW 740 side feeds and a Forge BOV to go on then up to Bren.

I have some 09 wheels on there now, I am starting to like them. I will post pic's with my 5 spoke 05' wheels and the 6 spoke 09' wheels and make a poll. New Kumho KU27's, 225/45-17's ready to go on whatever wheels I (we) deciede on.
