Is the A/C pulley replaceable?

It looks like my A/C pulley and or compressor is on the way out the door on our '05 RS, because rattles like crazy. Is the pulley replaceable, or do I have to get the whole compressor? If I do have to get the compressor, has any one got a preferred source for cheapish parts?

Are you sure its the compressor pulley? Could it be the belt tensioner became either loose or is bad? I dont think you can replace the pulley that is attached to the ac compressor if that is whats bad.

You CAN replace it but way easier to just get a new whole assembly.

well, I can't say that it's not the tensioner pulley, but the stethescope said compressor. whats the best way to rule out the pulley?
