its the old amd, they got bought out by manchester subaru and changed the name.

i've got a few things done by them and there service dept took care of me. sales wouldn't give me the time of day tho.

i had one oil change at amd before the buyout. didnt have any issues. i think there is an ocean in ri as well...need to check again. that one...not so great.

anchor subaru is the one i was thinking of in lincoln, ri...worst oil change ever...

As mentioned above, AMD was purchased by Manchester Subaru and s now Ocean.

I purchased my new Outback XT through Manchester and have nothing but good things to say about the buying experience. If the same practices and values are present at Ocean then they should do well.

A lot of dealers don't stock various parts, most can get it to you within a day or two though.

Ocean wont buy any parts from other dealerships either.... with my whole issue there they had to get the turbo from SOA and pay to ship it cross country even though there was one sitting at Singer 20 mins down the road.

I am going to give them a second chance.. have them do my oil and wheel barrings... but i dont have high faith in there techs right now... but I love the SM... made up for the techs' srew upS (yeah more than one)

i live in portsmouth and my dad works in north hampton ( he was a certified subaru tech at profile) and he ordered and installed it all for me luckily they had it for us next day phew P.S. do you guys not like us less fortunate with outbacks just out of curiosity

Love it, my mpg went down since I put it on. I think it's because i let the RPMs climb a little more now ;)
