yep, that says it all...flight 1536. in a pilots pusuit to feel safer in the air, they are allowed to carry sidearms in the flightdeck to help prevent...:nate:...from happening. Why do they have to have a round chambered while they sit there on the other side of a locked door? no details yet...i can see them with the autopilot on playing gangsta with their loaded 9 mikeymike. luckily, he didnt shoot the co-pilot, or any of the navigations systems. just sitting here...still amazed, but not amused.

the copilot was showing him his gun, he got excited and it just went off...simple as that.

it would have been better is an air marshall was on the flight and came in charging with his gun and shooting the copilot for shooting the captain...LOL
worst case scenario, that would probably suck though.

i still think that is funny...wonder how much safer he feels now...the rest of the crew doesnt. simple as that, yeah right. there is a reason the make a gun holster!!! i think ill drive...

there is also a reason why idiots shouldnt own a gun, it should have been in the pilots gun safe in the cokpit

the pilot has been suspended...they were on approach at 8k. the investigation continues if he was inapproprietly touching his gun. the navigator has denied giving him a dollar while he was dancing around in his wings and hat...
