Like other forums you may visit we were impacted by a VBulletin hacker. This was not something we could have prevented and is unfortunately a downside to using this forum software.

I was able to regain access to the forum by accessing phpmyadmin and editing myself in the user tables. I was then able to log in and fix the rest of the mess they created :spin: Luckily for us the hackers were just flexing their E-Muscles and left our data base alone.


Good News: we're back up and running.

Bad News: I still have a few bugs to work out i.e. user titles...

there are more humble forums than this that got the same silly hack. They targetted vbulletin and only a certain setup.
