You are in your house/apartment.

Your wall paper is peeling, your water is boiling and the Smoke alarm is going off.

Which do you deal with first?

First, i would take the batteies out of the somke alarm, then if the building burns down its the owners fault for not replacing them and inspecting them monthly. This would in turn solve all of the other problems.

There are all kinds of conclusions I can come to here.

The wallpaper could be peeling because the inside of the walls have caught fire. The boiling water wont do Jack for that.

Doing any of the three first makes no sense anyway. If you put the choice to leave the house I would have picked that.

Actually now that I type that all out investigating why the wallpaper is peeling would be the best idea first.

I would call the police and the church because a poltergeist has come to peel off my wallpaper, boil my water, and make my fire alarm make noises at me wooooeoeoreroeo.

see, thats is the problem with these...im with you nate...boiling water can cause the paper to peel and if there is enough steam in the air...it can set off the average smoke detector since it is only measuring the amout of particles in the air in chamber. interesting...

Call your landlord and tell him to fix the problem or you will call the landlords association of america and have him fined for all of the above.

The wall paper.

You have to make sure your stash of crack in the wall is covered up when the fire dept gets there.
