Log cabin BBQ!!

So i was thinking the cabin should be done within a month and was thinking about throwing a little nes bbq :) i thought it would be a fun time and yall can check out the cabin that you have been looking at pictures of!

Lets see a show of hands for interest! Lemme know when you guys think this should be. I was thinking sometime in july or august! For those of you who dont know im located in Royalton.

depending on date/funding, i would LOVE to come and see your cabin!!! besides, a nice day trip to vermont would be nice.... i've only ever been once and that was to go to the vermont sports car meet. maybe dan and i can find a nice b&b to stay at and make it a weekend.

I just posted on the Meet thread, but I'd love to make it to this pending the date works for me. end of july is www.wolfsgart.com (I still am a fan of VW and help with the show)... and the weekend after that is my wedding, and the week/end after that is honeymoon, and weekend after that is another friends wedding. end of june maybe??? it's 4 weeks away... gives plenty of people time to plan. and who doesn't wanna BBQ in july?! seriously! House looks sick btw. can't wait to see it in person sometime.

Hot dogs (cheap ones are fine with me)
American/Other Cheese (who doesn't like cheese!?)
Chips (Ruffles, Lays, you name it!)
Soda (ROOT BEER! Sprite/Ginger ale/ etc etc)
BEER (SWITCHBACK KEG! or a 30 of PBR... shut up it won ribbons!!)
Potato Salad (anyone got a grandmother recipe deemed ribbon worthy?)
Deviled Eggs (only applies to certain people, not necessary for bbq but are tasty)
Tiki Torches (Maybe?)
Condiments (Mustard, Ketchup, Relish, etc etc etc etc etc)
Salad (for the vegetarian people... if there's any present)
Garden Burgers (same as above)
Shish Ka Bobs (Spell? if anyone wants to go through the effort)
Can anyone think of anything else? Chicken?

oh hey... i live litterally the next town over... where exactly is your place? I live on the royalton hill rd

Head down 14 toward royalton... There is a church and a small rec hall (both white buildings) on the left. Turn right onto that road that is right across from them... If you go past the church u went to far. cross the bridge and take a right and your on backriver road. My road is the first one on the left. Follow it all the way up... The road turns into a class 4 after my driveway. So dnt go down it! You will see a maroon jeep at the start of the driveway. And bam you are there!! :) feel free to swing by anytime ^^

burgers and hot dogs def aren't lame-ass food!!! it certainly is the cheapest and you definitely shouldn't go overboard with food. potato salad with bacon (Costco makes some) is the best! if I had a Costco card, I'd go pick some up... man that stuff is tasty
