01' 2.5 rs window motor replacement helppp

Friend( not currently a member) of mine replaced his front passengers side window motor and is having issues lining up the mounting holes. When he got them lined up the window wouldn't seal properly at the top but it is in the track correctly. And when he was driving the window would slide down slightly everytime he hits any bumps. I'm going to look at it after work I haven't actually seen the issue yet but anyone have a similar problem or advice or pointers they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Proably just something loose or not quite lined up right. I'm sure there's something that is adjustable that's off. I need to tear behind my driver's side door cause my glass schootches a little when going down and doesn't hit the shut off relay so I have to watch it if it goes down auto and kill it just at the end.
