I've been thinking about getting rid of the sti. I want something a little crazy that I can keep for a long time.So with that said I'm thinking of trying to build a kit super car that factory five came out with. the kit costs 19k and needs a wrecked vette and a porsch transaxel. I think I might tradethe sti in for a econobox and buy this kit. but this kit car looks amazing.I think it would end up around 35k-45k wich sounds pretty good to me.

That with a new 7.0 liter GM motor would rock my socks off

I was thinking an older ls1 with some work done to it with around the same power after the work. I found a few crashed vettes for 7-10k.

only bad thing is it would take a few years to build I think.

Definetly, if not longer. Its a hugely time consuming job. Dude the brand new 7 liters are rediculous, for real. My uncle just had one built (50k) for his Z06. He road races all over the country, rated to 200 mph! I am hoping I can meet up with him at some point for a race. He told me the last time I saw him that if I wanted to co pilot for him I could I just have to study like months in advance to know the course.
