Just picked my car up from Kinetic after having them install my new (to me) '04 STi suspension into my Bugeye WRX.
They went over the quoted time, but explained why it happened to my satisfaction - not the typical "oh well, you know...things happen, especially when putting non OE parts in blah blah blah". Frozen bolts I understand. Needing to tap holes I understand.
I also like that the stuff in my car was taken care of during the test drive. My helmet was loose on the passenger seat when I dropped the car off. It was buckled in when I picked the car up. Nice touch.

my buddy joe had his acura tegra worked on by these guys and have nothing but mad respect for them and their work. Basically from what he told me they will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied

Found it I think. Blowing through a lot of oil and another shop just told you to pull the engine, right? I'll get Mike to call you shortly.
