bad part about my car it shredded my back two tires for no reason. only thing I can think off was really bad camber after the dealer fixed my struts.

I noticed you said it has modified stock injectors? I'm curious, what are your injector duty cycles? An FP green flows 50lbs/min how are you not way over 100% injector duty cycles with a ton of knock?
I am not the most knowledgable guy with STI's but I thought the STI injectors were 565cc injectors.
I know that KGJ996 was around 100% injector duty cycles with a 16G. How are you pulling this off with a green that outflows the 16g by almost 20lbs/min. ?
Could you explain what you mean by modified? Are you logging airflow, knock, and injector duty cycles?
Kevin
05-29-2008, 11:14 PM
they modify the stock injectors by making the nozzels bigger and then the good places flow test them and give you a print out.
I know dueaschtworks or however that is spelled has pretty nice modded stockers and decent prices.
another place I think is witchdoctor. he might be able to send his injectors to them and they can mod them.
Nick S.
05-29-2008, 11:26 PM
What do modified stock injectors flow?
Kevin
05-29-2008, 11:36 PM
what ever they make them they are all diffrent
he probly has 800 or 850cc
I've seen between 565 and 850 as the most commmon sizes.
he has a meth/h20 kit so that helps with the duty cycle also.
here is a link http://www.deatschwerks.com/catalog/
alot of info on there

he has a meth/h20 kit so that helps with the duty cycle also.
From what I understand about water/meth injection is that it just lowers the intake temps by aborbing a ton of BTUs when it changes state from a liquid to a vapor as it gets injected so it helps resist knock acting like you have a higher octane fuel in the car.
That shouldn't have a signifacant effect on the a/f ratio. It should just help resist knock as if you were running race gas. I guess it would allow you to run a leaner a/f ratio which would help the duty cycle a little bit.
Thanks for the link by the way.
