I just sold my Cobb AP2 and went open source a few weeks ago. I got sick of plugging and unplugging my test connectors every time I read or flash my ROM so I made a simple switch to mount on my dash next to my fogs. I just keep the white plug in all the time because it doesn't do any thing unless in test mode. I got the switch from work (aircraft grade:D) and used a few wire connectors. Very easy mod that will save a lot of time and hassle when flashing. This works for the AP, but I wasn't flashing or reading my ROM nearly as much as I do open source.
