Cracked paint and rust

I found this the other day while washing my car...

I also found it on Golfa005 04 STi too. Same spot, same kind of cracking, and same rust. Everyone should check out there cars to see if they have any. I'm going to take a drive down to subaru soon and have them look at it. I'm hoping something like this might be covered under the rust thing in our warranty.

EDIT: sorry, it's located where the front bumper meets the fender.

Looks like where the driver side fender meets the rear bumper, or maybe passenger side fender meets front bumper. Correct me if I'm wrong. And definitely take care of it, before you have to deal with this:
