So I was talking with my assistant and she told me that I should try going vegetarian for a day.
So at breakfast this morning I gave it a try.
It's pretty interesting observing how many meals you eat a day that contain meat.
According to her eggs, milk and seafood are ok.
I had eggs for breakfast, tuna sammy for lunch and Sushi for dinner.
She went Vegan for the day. For those of you who dont know... vegans don't eat anything derived from mammals or aqautic species.
That means no egg, milk or meat of any kind.
That basically rules out pasta dishes (most), any dish prepared with butter or milk and any meat of anykind.
I don't think I could do that.

i don't understand that philosophy.
i would never adopt that unless i had a severe allergic reaction to meats/fish.
and even then i feel like i would sneak in some steak tips every now and then.

Has anyone heard of drop vegans? I've never met one but I've heard of them. They only eat plant products that have fallen from the plant. They won't eat anything picked.

vegetarians are pretty silly. Good luck going anywhere without using roads, which contain beef tallow.
Millions of my prehistoric ancestors fought and died to get our species to the top of the food chain. It's be a shame not to enjoy that luxury by eating every living thing I can get my hands on.

think i will have to go to fiddleheads for some tuna tomorrow. a little raw appetizer and a little grilling. good stuff!! oh yeah, and fish is meat!! and they dont eat as well or clean a diet as cows and pigs and sheep. not to mention, cow and pig doesnt contain as much mercury.
