The time has come to sell my caged car. I dont think I'll ever get it back together.
Here are the basics:
96 Impreza L overall its pretty clean. Not really much rust at all. The 1/4s are clean and solid, a couple light spots of surface rust underneath but nothing really to talk about. It has front and rear subframes, suspension components and brake components from an 03 WRX. The WRX was rust free, so all the components I swapped over are extremely clean. It comes with Whiteline sways and Kartboy end links front and rear. It needs springs/struts or coilovers. It has a mishmash of springs and struts on it right now. It has a WRX gas tank with WRX pump. The fuel line could be hooked up, I was just running a regular hose to the tank (should be high pressure quick release fitting) as a temporary thing. I started gathering the parts to build a proper fuel line with pushlock fittings and such.

The cage is the first cage I made. Its 1.75in .095 wall DOM. Here's the deal, like I said its the first cage I made. Not the first time working with tube, but the first time welding tube in confined spots or upside down. All the tubes are fitted nicely, you can see some of that in my build thread. Most of the welds are solid, especially the ones I did on the main hoop out of the car on my welding table...some of them are less than impressive looking. I had been planning to pull the glass and roof off and redo the cage to a log book legal cage. But I doubt I'm really going to have the time working 2 jobs and trying to start my own business.

It has all the wiring for an 03 WRX in it along with the WRX dash. You could drop an EJ205, trans and rear diff and be ready to rock and roll. It has a junky stock Legacy passenger seat, doesnt come with a drivers seat or harnesses. Also comes with some junky stock WRX wheels with junky snows.

I think thats about it, I'm not super stoked about selling it, mostly because I'm not 100% happy with the cage. I suppose I could part it out and keep just the shell...maybe down the road I could get it back together. I'm asking $2500obo

Here are some various pictures of the car throughout its build.

Looking back on it I had a ton of fun building it. I'll miss it if it sells. :(
