OP updated.

Took it to a mechanic this morning to see if we could diagnose what I thought was bad wheel bearings. Turns out, it's an alignment issues, and the noise I was hearing was actually road noise coming from the tires that are wearing funky. He also checked the suspension while he was at it, and said everything's good and tight, but could use new sway bar bushings front and rear.

If you want, I'll provide the name and number of the mechanic I took it to -- turns out his friend races a WRX, so we chatted briefly about it.

Bump with a price drop.

I can sell with just one set of wheels and negotiate a price.

I may start reverting some of the stuff back to stock soon [Kartboy Shortshifter, guages, wheels, remove ScanGuage, etc.], if I don't get offers/interest and drop the price accordingly.

Price dropped -- see OP.

I have:
- Removed the aftermarket HU and put in an OEM in-dash 6-CD changer
- Removed the Hella Supertones (they're already on my new boring daily - might as well do something interesting)
-Removed the ScanGauge (I actually have 3 clock pods for you to play with!)
- Swapped over the winter wheels (I've decided to keep the other set). Swapping over the wheels got rid of that road noise, and I can confirm the summer wheels that were on there wore unevenly and caused the road noise!

Also just did an oil change and changed the air filter while I was at it:

May take new pictures, but just envision the photos I already posted earlier with the winter set up, and an OEM HU instead.
