Old Port, Portland is a decent spot for bar hopping. Lots of closed cobblestone roads connecting establishments so you can wander around traffic free. :)

Maine isn't too shabby, just got a lot of taxes. Beautiful though. I live in Kennebunk five minutes from the Ocean and have never had problems with Bugs or Black flies. Auburn NH on the other hand is turrible during the summer. I will stay along the coast if I can.

Since work was closed I decided to drive 40 miles to a friends house. I got to the entrance of the highway and there was a police officer parked accross the road.

I pull up and he tells me that the highway is closed. I showed him my Maine drivers license and he laughs and let's me by :lol:
