04 bug-eye? You do a front end swap or something like that? Thats a CRAZY looking hood, never seen one like that before. Is it carbon fiber?

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. as for the skirts I don't believe they are painted, I bought the car that way and believe it came stock like that.
as for the summer wheels, I like how they look, the only problem with them is that there are a few cars around that run the same ones and that kinda sucks, especially because the cars are a Pontiac grand prix and a seabring :unamused:.

His car doesnt have the skirts on it. It is the painted body. I dont think the Rs's came with them.

cool so on my way home from my sisters tonight a deer decided it would be good to jump in front of my car.

It shattered my pass. side headlight, the whole thing not just the lens.

It bent up my hood a little.

The little body panel to the right is also loose.
does anyone have a guess on how much this may cost to repair? does anyone know where to get a pass side headlight Assembly? I have a carbon fiber hood that I run in the summer so if this one closes fine and doesn't look too bad then i can use this one still.

or buy both from me i have an extra pass. headlight and psm grill piece and your hood i would just try and bend it back for the rest of the winter.could of been worse my friend hit one this fall in his psm bugeyed wrx it plowed into his driverside fender then swung around and clipped his rear door 100lb deer caused $3000 in damage :unamused:

it looks like the only damage is the shattered headlamp Assembly, the hood is bent a little, the headlight Assembly pushed itself into the substructure and folded the metal a little and the mounting tab to the small panel to the right of the headlight snapped.
so i will have to get a headlight, and probably run the same hood for now.

the weird thing is that few days ago all of a sudden my pass. headlight went out and my drives fog lamp bulb went out. i assume they went out around the same time. well anyway when i hit the stupid deer my pass side light started working again. no idea how but it works fine.

HUGE thanks to Subarude, sent payment for a new headlight to him on Tuesday night, he sent it out Wednesday, and it arrived on Thursday. Great guy to do business with.

also thanks to mdungelman for putting an SCS card on my car. if not I wouldn't have know about this great forum.
