Ryan Seacrest is a good sport though.

The episode of "robot chicken" he did was hilarious!

I've never seen Ryan Seacrest do anything that made me want to NOT kick him in the nuts, though I've probably seen that episode of Robot Chicken. I certainly hope he can poke fun at himself, because I'm sick of doing it.

American Idol FTL.. although Carrie Underwood is smokin, so at least something mildly good came out of one of them.
