Atlantic Cup 1 day rally photos

I was up in Dalton working a one day rally that the Tim O'Neil Rally School was hosting.

I have posted some in my Flikr page but they are taking so long that I'll be doing the rest tomorrow.

how cold was it?

It started at 19 degrees at 7am and by 11am it was 7 degrees...add the wind and we were in the -10 -15 range for the whole of the afternoon. Spent a lot of time in the car warming up so I could spend 20 minutes outside shooting pics.

The photo's at the end of the day were pretty blurry ..I couldn't really operate my camera much less figure out proper settings for less light...

It was fun though and the best part was during set up we went to the wrong section so we got to drive one of the stages twice...I was a bit of a wimp but the other couple in an Sti were having a blast doing some of the hairpins.

parts of the course were on public roads which the town closed down...Not too often you get to do 50 down 15 mph roads and not worrying about the police hehe...:devil:

looks great...The next loca rally with Ken Block and Travis in it will be in Maine this july..I cant wait!!
