this Sat night is John Buffum's all night SCCA Winter Challenge Rally. people/cars gather around 5/6 at the Days Inn on S Main St in S. Barre for registration and worker assignments. cool time to check out the machinery. Dave Mira the bmx champ who rallies now and won a rally in NH a month or so ago and came 6th in the 1st round of Rally America a week ago or so is running in a suby wrx or sti I believe. sweet. feel free to come by and check out the rides. would be cool to see yours if it's not locked up for the winter.

This is the long-running off-the-radar Buffum winter rally. All night "TSD" through the wilds of northern VT going who knows where at serious speeds.

But the dinner meetup is probably safe. :)
