How about a song extremely way ahead of its time imo when it came to dancy popish songs
Dee Lite's Grooves in the Heart
So ahead of its time i thought it was brand spanking new song when i first saw the video in 1996.. But lil did i know this song/video was actually released in 1990.

another great great song of the 90s
Just like
Pearl Jam's Even Flow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SPMfr38fCA
actually i take that back..
Anything by Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and Nirvana imo was a great 90s song.
Grunge (or Seattle Rock as some of the era called it) will always live on.

wow that was back in the day when your portable cd players were the size of books.
Now evolved into mp3's players almost small enough you could swallow the thing
Good cds though :D
the stereo must have cost ya a pretty penny (as most anything with a cd player in 1993)

The stereo actually still rocks. It's a Kenwood Mini-Rack (UD-900M). This was a $1400 system back in 93. 6+1 CD, dual cassete and full equilizer. It's not one of the those cheap knock off mini racks, its all seperate components. The speakers are awesome also. 4 Speakers per box. Sub, mid, tweeter and a unidirectional.
