Ok, here is my question, I am used to having open tables where I just put in 2 PIDs (parameters) and it will go through the log file and create a nice little table plotting XX on YY so I can take the averages and just add (or subtract) from that table in the ECU. How do you guys go about adjusting your tables from your Log file?

What I'm looking for is to make a histograph I believe. Basically what the ECU tables look like

I normally go through my data logs and find %error in either target af or what ever I'm logging, and use that figure to adjust my tables. It's more intuitive for me that way.

Ok, so say I'm adjusting the boost. I have it set to the stage 2 base map, so about 17 psi, I'm logging boost error% to adjust on the wastegate duty so the car is achieving as close to 0. Now I'm logging Engine speed and throttle % also so I can lay out boost error% on a table where Engine speed = Y and Throttle % = X and Boost Error % is plotted on that graph. Now that's the only way I see it being able to be done, but I don't know how to do that, in a program like excel, since I've always tuned with programs where I just inpute parameters and adjust scaling and it's done.

Ohh boy, I think I'm retarded, this may be my answer right here. http://www.romraider.com/forum/topic957.html
