June 15th, 6pm sharp unless you feel like coming over earlier, I'll be there and awake as of 3 or 4pm.

What to bring:

-Chairs
-21+ people bring a 6 pack of your favorite beer, it will go into a community cooler for us all to share.
-Money, at least $10 to cover food, it may be lower but plan on $10 just to keep it easy.
-If you would like to bring something you've cooked up yourself feel free.

I also need a cooler or coolers. I do have an empty fridge, but a cooler would be sweet too.

What I've got: PM ME IF YOU'RE COMING - NEED A HEAD COUNT

Plenty of parking, when the first people arrive I'll direct you where and how to park and everyone else try to follow suit.

Tunes, but if you have an Mp3 player feel free to bring it.

Grill for cooking.

What he said. Right now it looks like Thunderstorms are predicted for the exact time we usually meet-up. Check back here for a final decision that will be made by 12pm tomorrow.

If it is cancelled then those who want to can go over to Newicks. Many of us are meeting in the morning for the drive on Saturday any way so it's up to you all.

If the BBQ is cancelled and for some reason you miss the notice here on the board I will be posting a sign on my door that it is cancelled. Also if it is cancelled then its up to you all to decide where to go. I suggested Newicks just because its easy and close. There is a chance I won't make it out if the BBQ is cancelled which is why it will be up to everyone else to figure out where to head to.

Unfortunately I don't have anyones phone number so if things get screwed up then I apologize, doing the best I can under the circumstances.

Really where people meet up is up to you guys. Since it's going to be thunderstorming (or at least a pretty good chance according to weather reports) I thought it best to cancel rather then have everyone come over and get poured on.

I won't be going out tonight to a meet if there is one, not really in the mood for anything out there. I mentioned Newicks as a back up before just because some people asked if there was going to be a back up place to meet.

That's where I stand, I'll probably try another Friday BBQ near the end of this month, hopefully there won't be any threats of thunder boomers.

Plenty of parking, not really a parking lot but just a huge paved driveway. Like triple the size of normal driveways.

I agree. Last time I got drunk in the Old Port I walked across the casco bay bridge and couldn't figure out how to get my gate card to open the gate at the base. Had to pick up the phone thats right outside and let it automaticly call the on duty guy. He was not happy to get woken up at 3am to push a button to open the gate for me.
