there was one of these mt. washington cruises a while back IIRC, i bet it would be fun, but it would also be a lot of work getting 30+ peeps to sign/show up

yeah last month. We do it every year for 3 years now. And yeah getting people to say yes takes a lot. We had I think 15 say they'd show and we had 7 cars leave and 6 come back. I don't remember hearing if anyone was 'lost' the first year but last year I was taken out half way up and this year Comanche didn't even make it to the Mt.

you dont have to have thirty cars thats just to get the group rate and the road privately for the cruise up and down

Maybe more like 3 1/2hrs. Traffic gets bad. I'm totally down for a full Kang run and Bear Notch and Hurricain Mnt Rd

I'm totally down for a full Kang run and Bear Notch and Hurricain Mnt Rd I drive Hurricane about 20 times a year to get to mtn. bike trails or to cut over to Fryeburg, Maine. Always a fun road. The school where I teach is right at the end of Bear Notch Road in Bartlett.
