Does anyone else have problems getting the site to come up? I couldn't get on here yesterday at all. And its happened to me before as well.

yes. the site was down yesterday around noon until 9am this morning due to problems with our hosting service. we are researching changing services next week

Sounds like the hosting site won't be at "five nines" this year.

Or it needs to be moved out of somebody's basement. :D

lol wasn't the server, just the provider.

needless to say.. we will be moving to a much larger, more experienced provider that has a customer service number that actually works 24/7

check out surpasshosting.com

They have their problems (like all hosts) but overall the service is pretty good. On Saturday I put in a problem ticket iwth a questions and they had an answer in a couple of hours.

I have about 10 sites and 20 domains hosted with www.myinternetservices.com (http://www.myinternetservices.com)

I've done some work with one of the owners and I have been really happy with the hosting service.

Customer support is generally pretty good too. They don't charge for every ticket you submit like alot of hosting proviers these days. Any help or support that I have needed has been provided within a couple hours during the week or within the day on weekends / holidays.
