AS it stands right now the deadbolt is dead****... I have sitting in my house a new Garrett GT3076R that will hopefully B installed within the next week or so, then it is tune time....
It also has a variety of audio installed in it... Eclipse head unit with 7" LCD, focal drivers, dual 12" subs in a sealed enclosure, way to much wattage & a remote K-40 radar detector with cute little blue LED's in my steering column to warn me... (UPDATED ACCURATE LIST COMING SOON)

Haha, try anyways. Everyone has an opinion on what looks good on cars so I'm sure there are others out there that prefer the way your car looks and is set up.
As for what I use in Photoshop, it is a combination of a few tools/actions that I've come up with over the years being in the field; I used to make a living as a sports/media photographer (now I do commercial and wedding stuff on the side). There's no need to get the latest and fanciest version of Photoshop out there; I used CS2 for the longest time and found no issues/limitations with it before switching to CS4 a few months ago - simply because I got a good deal on it.
By the way, I think your photos are pretty creative too! Keep up the good work and feel free to get in touch with me if you need anything photography (or car for that matter) related.
Only because I've seen/heard the car in person, I'm nominating gling. I still haven't gotten my hearing back from the dyno day BTW... lol
Haha. I was back at EFI today for a follow up and it was so loud, the neighbors called the cops and/or the shop to complain about the noise...
P/s: Thanks for the nominations thus far guys.

Yes, that is true. The more power you make (or plan/want to), the more money you have to spend. However, I have to agree, $20k+ for all that is A LOT of money; I wish I had that kind of money to put in a car but alas, priorities will never justify that amount. No offense to Oscar, I like his car for what it's got.

Oh no doubt about that. I would love to be able to do that too; trust me, I say that with utmost sincerity :) However, if there are any problems with my car, I deal with it myself since I pretty much built it personally. I won't forget to acknowledge the help of friends (Mike, Kris, James, Brian, Dan, and others whom I hope will forgive me for not including them now) who stayed up late with me for major operations, but I KNOW my car in and out - from every torque specifications to the policy of anti-seizing every bolt ever touched  Call it OCD or a trait due to my professional training, it's something I am proud of and enjoy.
However, having said that, I understand the value of time/effort and know the benefits of having a reliable shop supporting a vehicle leaving the owner a little less stressed. So don't get me wrong, I really do like the attention Oscar's car received and I think that means something (take it how you may) from someone who works on his own car. I won't deny I am a bit envious  having have the modifications he has and the support behind it.
I was merely commenting on the price and given the support Oscar is receiving - which you claim is superb - I deem it pretty well worth it in that case.
Edit: I also want to mention the contribution of DSG and EFI Logics on a few matters that were outside of my league be it advice or service.

QUOTE=Evoeater;144650]You didnt buy there $25,799.99 stg 5 kit did you? That seem really over priced...http://www.xcceleration.com/sti.stagekit5.430.htm[/QUOTE]
nope... It was the basis for alot of what was done to the car, at least to the engine. The suspension and the rest were all my choices...
I got a serious serious package price as my car was used for alot of new stuff he is doing; If U look at his site U will see telltale signs of my car all over it now; My car was a HUGE R&D project and had countless hours dropped into it by them as they figured out the best configuration for the power I wanted while never loosing focus of the fact I run on the streets and will pass inspection; including in my home state of massachusetts, something often requiring slight fudging to aquire... Xcelleration (unlike some others) are still in business, healthy and working on cars. HE will call me back pretty much any time of the day or night and talk to me about said car, he has not abandoned me for the next project and is always willing to help out; something alot of shops R NOT willing to do. They are also very much about discovering and solving an issues, instead of bandaiding it to get by.
Last summer when the deadbolt blew for the first time he had one his guys drive from CT to my place in Maine to see what was up. They hoped it was a silly error on thier part and were prepared to fix it in my garage. Alas they also arrived with a car carrier just in case and ended up taking my car with them as the deadbolt was history.. WHen it was being repaired they ate the cost of the manual boost controller removal and the addition of the Apexi unit; something I had initially made the choice on. This was done for the ability to reduce boost pressure on the deadbolt in different gears; at that point we were starting to have some suspiscions about the deadbolt based on the line of crap they were feeding us...
The ONLY shortcoming I have ever seen with this company was thier choice of using Deadbolt enterprises. In thier defense how could they have known the inner workings of Deadbolt, what was happeneing and the crap they pulled at the very end. Did it make me madd as hell at Xcelleration? For a while it did very much... Sam stood right up and absorbed alot of the $$$$ for the repairs even though it was obvioulsy the turbo's fault.. U also have to feel sorry for any company who relies so heavily on one piece to have the maker go to hell... Historically the customers are the ones who get screwed first and the worst when a business is going away..
http://www.xcceleration.com/images/Xccel/cutout/IMGP0061.WAV
HEre is a sound clip Xcceleration made and use on thier site...not really a fair clip as it was done with a PC mic. U can hear where he hits the button and opens my exhaust bypass my car...:D someday I will B able to take U for a ride and screw it all up for ya...
I come from a sales background with an emphasis on long term customer maintenence and support: something the field I was in dictated heavily. I really enjoy the fact I can call this guy 24/7 regarding my car, some random subaru stuff or just to shoot the **** and he will B game. The support he offers is phenominal and something I don;t really see in the automobile business; trust me I was internet Sales Mgr for a rather large Toyota place in massachusetts for a while...
WHen the car was done resources were a little better, I had some choices and trust me I interviewed just about everyone I could find. Some people were just asshats about it and would not talk unles I had a credit card in hand; Most of them have now boarded up thier windows. I was and still am interested in longterm relations with whomever I deal with, I get that from Sam. LEt me tall U about the phone bills between Ct and a shop in Lisbon Maine who currently has my car... They talk to each other every step of the way to make sure there are no errors, issues or mistakes made...Something I do not think U see alot of in any businesss.
There was also two deciding factors for going with him... NASIOC just loathes him which tells me he has to B OK. I hate effin NASIOC, bunch of tools.. When I interviewed them and visited the shop the experience and depth of knowledge was very appearant and I called about 15 of his customers, no one had anything bad to say... LAst but not least is the projects he is involved with or has done for people, as most do he has some seriously crazy crap going on and makes a habit of focusing on performance more than looks...

Everyone makes thier choices, I made a very deliberate one that I only have one regreat about: The deadbolt turbocharger and the shenanigans they pulled over the last two years.
Like the builder or not I can tell U ( & the wife will verify) the car has rolled right up to the end of the speedometer (160 mph vicinity) with more room to pull with no serious side effects... ROFL, the deadbolt actually blew up this time well under 100 and not uder much stress at all (about 19 lbs)... appearantly it was inevitable.
Hopefully before the snow falls my car will B back up and running with the new garrett and pushing close to the 27 lbs it was designed to handle: I even out pulled one of the open class cars racing up the sundaty river road at NEFR, yes I realize they are restricted to all hell.....I will make sure to scare the pewp out of U prior to rolling it back to a human level so the wife and kids enjoy it as well...
ps; I am very hesitant to work on or use my car as a learning tool while I work on it... There is such a slight margin for error with how it is built, one mistake could send engine parts everywhere: I know at least one STi near me like that, I have seen the piston that did the custom porting to his block...
Im probably voting for the bug-eye myself as I owned a silver one when they first came out... to bad I trashed it so hard in western MA... I really like some of the touches and how it is built... although I will admit I hate photoshop but aknowledge its redeeming values in the photographic world. Besides right now my car is sitting stagnent, the only thing it should win is "stationary dildo of the month"...after the garrett is in and tuned up, then its on...

Ditto. I know there are times where I wish I could (and did) just drop the car off for some work to be done. Sometimes, it is worth it if the time could be used for something else with a higher priority and especially if the returns is much higher than the cost of the labor. If I had to rebuild the motor, I would do the same; I don't feel comfortable just yet to build my own motors.
As for the Photoshop issue, it's a gray line. Some people use it to fix mistakes, some people use it to enhance an image; the latter being my preferred use. There is no such thing as a non-edited image in media. Photoshop is not all about creating otherwise-impossible effects. Even a perfect file (and in the old days, negatives/slides) out of a camera has been manipulated somewhat by the cameras setting and is further tweaked for publication.
I've been in the media industry for a while and know the nitty gritty aspects of it. It's not always fun and as glamorous as most people think it is. There is a reason SI, AP, ESPN, and such have a trailer(s) dedicated to graphics personal that serve as the middleman between the photographer and what's camera ready for publication. Images need to be prepared accordingly for the media it is going to be published on - be it glossy paper or the web - and this is where Photoshop (or editing in general) comes in.
This is more evident for commercial and fashion photography where a lot more attention is paid in the digital darkroom. Yeah, those images on Esquire, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, et cetera, many hours were spent on them. Ever wonder why photographers charge so much for seemingly simple jobs? For every hour spend in the field or in the studio taking photographs, at least an equivalent amount of time is spent editing and managing images, which is known as workflow.
When I leave a Red Sox game or Gillette Stadium, I usually leave with at least 1000 images. Sorting through all this, captioning them, editing, and uploading takes time. Don't even get me started with wedding photos...
Anyways, I digress and really went off tangent here and I am not taking this out on you personally Oscar. As you've said, you know the redeeming values of Photoshop in the photography world. I just get annoyed at the purists who think that the best photos are those that come out of the camera as is thinking there is no adjustments made. I will admit, I was once that naive too :)
Cheers.
Gerald.

Nothing at all personal taken GLing... UR going to have to try alot harder to offend me..;) & I apologize if I offended U or the industries U serve.
I am well aware that there no unedited images in the media, such is life in the big city... I guess I am a purist in some ways but can also appreciate the importance and value of the "pre-production" (is that right?) of images meant for the masses. My wife was a photgrapher once upon a time, in a different life.. now she spends more time in front of the lens...;)
& no Pulski I am not from wester MA persay, I am from Boston. I did spend a number of years in western MA, mostly the springfield/chicopee area due to a cover band I was in. Great college area/club scene out there, we wouldn't set up for less than 2500 a night unless we owed someone a favor...
Ever been to the Hu-Ke-Lau in Chicopee? I have... this is me playing the big room there a few years ago..
