Just found out new Land lord wants to incerease rent, AND my Uncle Died this Afternoon.

**** this, I've been having such a great week as well. (No really I have up untill this point)

i can sympathize with the land lord bullcrap, i just moved out of my old place and my landlord wants to charge me 10 hours @ $25/hour for cleaning to make the place ready for the next tenants, when i left that place cleaner than when i moved in, absurd

Personally, I'd tell the landlord to piss off and I'd find another place... I know you don't want to cause issues or be a prick, but sometimes you gotta say screw it.

There's some apartments going for about the same price in dover still. I need to check some out. If I was on my own I'd be like screw it, but I have a roommate for just the summer, and I don't want to screw him over as well.

Nasioc is up right now if you want to see what they said. The really sucky part is I want to spend evenings with my family right now, not searching for a new place to live. ARGH!!!!!!
