Is there an outdoor place some where close? I hate doing indoor activities during the summer. Winter time is the time to do indoor activities (minus skiing/boarding and the like).

No matter what happens, those who sign up should be required to pay their share whether they go or not. I think that's fair since everyone is basing the cost for an event on you showing up. If you bail then our cost goes up and we get screwed (like last karting event). This time around if you sign-up, then bail, you still owe the group what the set price was so that we don't have to shoulder your cost.

That's my .02 cents. Also I voted other in hopes for a track nearby that might be outdoor at the very least. Otherwise I'll probably skip this event if it is held further away then an hour drive from Portsmouth, or if it happens to be an indoor track.

lol, victory lane can get a little skeezy, MIK does saturday night specials from 9-close for $10 a race, unless you guys were planning on renting out the whole track somewhere for a portion of time, i haven't been with you all before so i don't know what generally goes down

yea do that and see what the deal is. I'd like to try that place out. I think it might be easier to pass people there without bumping them into the wall, haha. It'll really let the fast drivers, like me and ummmm, well nobody else comes to mind, really get some good lap times.
