it's 13 miles from work. My commute right now is 1.9 miles.
It's a rough 13 miles. The house is newer; built in the 1990's and it sits on 4 acres.
The one big issue I have is that the neighbors are white trash.

Remeber one thing Randall. You can change most things about a house besides: Your neighbors and the lot size. We found a ton of houses that looked awesome, but they were right next to trailer parks, or crappy houses. right now my biggest regret is not getting more land, and having a house basically behind mine. You looking in Nh??

Hey Joe,
What do you know about Toyota Tacoma's?
80's and 90's were bulletproof. ealry 2000's saw that major recall due to issues with the frames and rust. Don't know much about the newest ones, but i know several people with them who love them. Nice little truck that can be extremely reliable. the older models were prone to breaking Birdfield U-joints when wheeling though. but those were usually built rigs. I do know they are a little tight on the space inside in std and ext cab. But there is a 4-door model that provides decent room. I personally would go Dakota if you only wanted Ext cab as they are the biggest, little truck on the market. but toyotas aren't anything to sneeze at.

Nice. if you can score it, get the six cylinder and the TRD package. It came with a locker in the rear. Also, a nice fully-boxed frame for strength. Can't remember if they were still solid front axles, or if they went to IFS. Either way, a good little truck that will do a lot. plus, a house requires a truck, ask me how i know.
